Este é o circuito mais longo onde podemos observar traços da Colonização Européia na arquitetura das igrejas de pequenas comunidades e nas casas com seus floridos jardins.
É o Vale que mais nos oferece atrativos naturais durante a pedalada por suas estradinhas de terra, Tais como: Cachoeiras, Canyons e trilhas para caminhadas com possibilidade de avistar pequenos animais.
O início também se dá no Centro de Ibirama, saindo em direção da Ponte Irineu Bornhausen, Rua 11 de Março e Rua Getúlio Vargas, seguindo então ao Rio Rafael. A aventura segue margeando o Rio Hercílio com suas bonitas quedas e corredeiras próprias para a prática do Rafting.
O trecho final passa pelo Distrito de Dalbérgia onde você encontrará padaria familiar que lhe servirá um Café com Cuca e salgados.
